The successful candidate will engage in scientific research under the direction of the principal investigator. Responsibilities - Research Technician B: Activities will include, but are not limited to, plasmid construction, tissue culture, chromatin immunoprecipitation, RNA isolation, PCR, protein purification, electrophoresis, and general support of the productivity of the laboratory.
