Summary - Research Technician B
Starting in mid-August 2009, a lab technician position is available for a highly motivated candidate to join a new laboratory studying the transcriptional regulatory mechanisms involved in cancer and the innate immune response. The successful candidate will engage in scientific research under the direction of the principal investigator.
Responsibilities - Research Technician B:
Activities will include, but are not limited to, plasmid construction, tissue culture, chromatin immunoprecipitation, RNA isolation, PCR, protein purification, electrophoresis, and general support of the productivity of the laboratory.
